1. Introduction

You retain ownership of the content you create on BLYQUE, while granting us a limited license to operate the platform and deliver that content as intended.
6. Messaging, communities and channels
Content you share in chats, groups, communities, and channels must comply with our platform rules.
7. Intellectual property

8. Privacy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited activities
Fraud, spam, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access, and other illegal activity are prohibited on BLYQUE.

You agree not to exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with the operation of the platform. See our Platform Security Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
Where a policy is violated, BLYQUE may investigate, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access — proportionate to the severity and repetition of the issue, user safety, platform integrity, and our legal obligations.
12. Fees and paid services
Any future paid features on BLYQUE may be governed by additional billing terms, published separately.
13. Disclaimer
BLYQUE's services are provided on an "as available" basis, subject to applicable law.
14. Limitation of liability
