Platform Security Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026

How BLYQUE protects its platform, systems, services, and your information.

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the security principles BLYQUE applies across the platform. We put safeguards in place, keep security records, review risk on an ongoing basis, take corrective action when needed, preserve evidence where the law requires it, and improve our controls as threats and our own systems evolve.

2. Security governance

Security responsibilities inside BLYQUE are assigned through internal processes and risk-management practices, so that ownership for each part of the platform's security is clear rather than assumed.

3. Access control

Access to BLYQUE's systems and data is restricted to what a given role actually needs, and is granted only with appropriate authorization — not by default.

4. Infrastructure security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the infrastructure BLYQUE runs on, from the database layer to the services that deliver your messages.

5. Incident response

When a security incident occurs, we investigate it, document what happened, contain it, and address it using established internal procedures, rather than an ad-hoc response.

6. Vulnerability management

We identify security weaknesses through testing and ongoing monitoring, and remediate them in a timely manner. See our Responsible Disclosure Policy if you'd like to report one yourself.

7. Your responsibilities

You play a part in keeping your own account secure: protect your login credentials, turn on the security features BLYQUE offers, and let us know promptly if you notice anything suspicious.

8. Monitoring

BLYQUE may monitor its systems to detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and other security threats, so that problems can be caught and addressed early.

9. Compliance

We update our security practices as needed to stay aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and relevant industry standards.

10. Policy updates

We may revise this policy as technology, threats, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
