Brand Guidelines & Trademark Usage Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026

How the BLYQUE name, logo, trademarks, and other brand assets may — and may not — be used.

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the rules for proper use of BLYQUE's brand assets. We review requests, revoke permissions where necessary, investigate suspected misuse, keep records, and take appropriate action to protect our intellectual property and brand integrity.

2. Scope

This policy covers BLYQUE's trademarks, logos, wordmarks, icons, designs, and other brand materials. For downloadable logo files and colour references, see the Brand Center.

3. Ownership

All BLYQUE trademarks and branding remain the exclusive property of BLYQUE unless we've stated otherwise in writing.

4. Permitted use

Any authorized use of our brand assets must comply with written permission from BLYQUE and with these guidelines.

5. Prohibited use

You may not modify, imitate, misrepresent, or otherwise misuse BLYQUE branding in a way that could mislead people.

6. Third-party use

Partners and other third parties may use BLYQUE's brand assets only with our appropriate authorization.

7. Reporting misuse

If you spot suspected trademark misuse or infringement, please report it to us through Help & Support.

8. Enforcement

BLYQUE may require unauthorized use of our brand assets to stop, and may pursue available legal remedies where necessary.

9. Updates to brand assets

Our brand assets and visual guidelines may change over time as the BLYQUE brand evolves.

10. Policy updates

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, branding, or operational changes.
