Grievance Redressal Policy
How BLYQUE receives, reviews, and resolves complaints and grievances from users.
1. Purpose
This policy establishes a fair and transparent process for receiving and resolving complaints from users of BLYQUE.
2. Scope
It applies to complaints relating to accounts, content moderation, privacy, intellectual property, impersonation, security, and other forms of platform misuse.
3. Filing a complaint
When you submit a complaint, please include complete and accurate information — screenshots, links, usernames, or timestamps help us investigate faster and more accurately.
4. Review process
Complaints are reviewed against available evidence, platform records, and the relevant BLYQUE policy. We may request additional information from you during this process.
5. Resolution
Depending on what we find, we may remove content, restore content, restrict an account, or take other action appropriate to the situation.
6. Appeals
If you disagree with a decision, you can submit an appeal along with any additional supporting information — reach out through Help & Support.
7. Record keeping
Complaint records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, auditing, security, or dispute resolution, consistent with our Data Retention Policy.
8. False complaints
Knowingly submitting a false or abusive complaint is itself a violation of BLYQUE's policies and may result in action against the account that filed it.
9. Grievance Officer
BLYQUE has designated a Grievance Officer to receive and coordinate complaints:
Vikas Kaushik
Designation: Grievance Officer
Organization: BLYQUE
Contact details (email, postal address, phone number) to be added before this policy goes live.
10. Policy updates
We may revise this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
