Communities & Channels Policy
The rules for creating, administering, moderating, and participating in Communities and Channels on BLYQUE.
1. Purpose
This policy sets standards for Communities and Channels on BLYQUE — spaces where groups of users gather around shared topics or where creators broadcast to followers.
2. Eligibility
Community owners, Channel owners, administrators, moderators, and members must all comply with platform policies while using these features.
3. Community creation
Communities and Channels must not be created for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
4. Administrator responsibilities
Administrators are responsible for moderating content within their Community or Channel, enforcing platform rules, and acting on reports from members.
5. Member conduct
Members are expected to communicate respectfully and follow the Community Guidelines that apply across BLYQUE.
6. Prohibited content
Spam, scams, hate speech, terrorism, child exploitation, malware, copyright infringement, and other illegal activity are prohibited in every Community and Channel, without exception.
7. Moderation
BLYQUE may moderate Communities and Channels using a combination of automated systems and human review, depending on the type and severity of the content involved.
8. Reporting
Users can report Communities, Channels, messages, media, or administrators for policy violations at any time.
9. Enforcement
For serious or repeated violations, BLYQUE may remove content, restrict features, suspend a Community or Channel, or terminate the accounts involved. We may also investigate reports, request additional information, preserve records where legally required, and cooperate with competent authorities when necessary.
10. Policy updates
This policy may be updated to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes.
