BLYQUE stays deliberately small so decisions stay fast and every person's work actually ships. We'd rather ship one thing well than three things half-finished, and we care more about a feature being fast, private, and bug-free than about how many features exist.
What we look for
Craft
Care about the details users feel but never mention.
Ownership
Comfortable seeing something through end to end.
Restraint
Know what to leave out, not just what to build.
