AI Features & Generative AI Usage Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets the rules for the AI-powered features BLYQUE offers. We may monitor how these features are used for safety and security, investigate misuse, apply appropriate enforcement, preserve relevant records where legally required, and update our technical safeguards as necessary.

2. Scope

This policy applies to AI chat, recommendations, moderation, content generation, translation, and any future AI-powered services BLYQUE introduces — including the Blyque AI Assistant, which uses Groq and Google Gemini models.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use BLYQUE's AI features for anything unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful.

4. AI-generated content

You remain responsible for any content you create or share using AI features, in the same way you're responsible for anything else you post or send on BLYQUE.

AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Where it matters, please verify anything an AI feature tells you independently rather than relying on it alone.

6. Privacy

Please avoid submitting confidential or sensitive information to an AI feature unless BLYQUE has specifically said it's appropriate to do so.

7. Intellectual property

You're expected to respect intellectual property rights when generating or sharing AI-assisted content through BLYQUE.

8. Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or remove access to AI features for anyone who violates this policy.

9. Service changes

AI features may change, improve, or be discontinued without prior notice, as the underlying technology and our product evolve.

10. Policy updates

We may revise this policy as AI technology, applicable law, and BLYQUE's own capabilities evolve.
